Our Rocklea workshop will be closed from 12 noon on Friday 22nd December and will open for trading as normal on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. Ensure you book in your car service well in advance!

What are your operating hours?

How does your pricing work?

You will be quoted based on the expected time to complete the work plus any parts, fluids and oils required. Contact us for a quote via phone or email.

What happens if the work required exceeds the original quote?
If we discover that the cost of the work and/or parts required will exceed the original quote we will always contact you to discuss and get your approval before proceeding.
If I get a mobile car service, what happens if my vehicle needs to be taken back to the workshop to be repaired?
If we are unable to complete the work from our mobile van you will need to bring it to our workshop to complete the work. We are happy to give you a free loan vehicle while we complete the repairs on your vehicle
Can I tell you what I want done with my car?

How early can I drop my car in?
If you'd like to drop your car in before our opening time (7:30am), let us know upon booking and you can park your car and drop your keys in our secure drop off box
How can I get home/to work from your workshop?
We have loan cars available by appointment as well as loan utes for tradies. We can arrange to drop you off in local area.
How late can I pick my car up?
If you need to pick up your car after our closing time (5:30pm) we can arrange to lock your keys in your car (providing you have a spare set) or make another arrangement. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like to use this option.
When do I pay?
On completion when you pick up your vehicle at our workshop or when the work is finished in the case of a mobile service. Fleet accounts and corporate accounts are available on application
What payment methods do you accept?
Our mobile mechanics are equipped with a portable EFTPOS machine which will accept all of the regular cards and they also accept cash. At our workshop we can accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Amex, Direct Debit, Cash, Certegy Ezi-Pay 6 months interest free, Custom Fleet card, Repco Fleet Card
